Pat Wagner
 is the owner of Mountain Rope Safety Courses (MRSC), a small school located on the Cumberland Plateau near Chattanooga, Tennessee. She is the lead instructor for MRSC & has a B.S. Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering, was a former search & rescue team leader, firefighter, EMT-IV. & served, as a principle committee member on the N.F.P.A.1006 Standard for Rescue Technician Professional Qualifications. She celebrates 30 yrs. volunteering with Waldens Ridge Emergency Service as well as working as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist for 30 years. Pat has been teaching rope rescue skills professionally for the past 20 years in the U.S.A. and Central America.

Jerry Smith is the Owner & Senior Instructor of Progressive Rescue Solutions, Inc. (PRS). He is the Co-Author of the CMC Rope Rescue Manual, Former President of American Safety & Rescue, school director of CMC/EMC Rope Rescue School, has been featured on the TV show Rescue 911, former member of the Los Padres Search & Rescue Team and is currently designing & manufacturing rope rescue equipment as well as teaching rope rescue skills for several hundred agencies in the U.S.A. and internationally. He has been instructing rope  rescue professionally, for over 36 years.
